RWC Partner With Skillnet For Body & Paint Programme

More big news!

It gives us great pleasure to announce that RWC Training have successfully secured the Ford Body & Paint Apprenticeship delivery with Skillnet.

This national Ford programme delivered in Milton Keynes will develop the skills and knowledge of many young people employed across the UK Ford Collision Centre Network (FCCN).

The team at RWC are extremely proud to have been appointed by Skillnet to deliver the apprenticeship scheme, further adding to the existing training provision RWC deliver for Ford Motor Company at their Dagenham factory and at the Henry Ford Academy.

RWC are expanding!

RWC Training has continued its policy of collaboration by announcing a new partnership with Red Digital ADAS. As part of the deal, all the calibration equipment used in its ADAS courses is supplied by Red Digital. This negates the need for physical boards, with specifications for all makes and models loaded into the system and automatically updated and presented on huge screen display. Founder Rob Ward said, ‘We are delighted to be working with Red as this further reinforces our #wearefutureready message. ADAS is currently our fastest growing provision for RWC with bookings now being taken for the ADAS IMI Accreditation course as far ahead as 2021.’ The courses can be delivered at RWC’s IMI-approved training centre or onsite, making them even more convenient for customers. Meanwhile, in addition to ADAS IMI accreditation for technicians, RWC also now provides an IMI e-learning online ADAS awareness course aimed at non-technical staff and vehicle damage assessors. Rob continued, ‘ADAS calibration is increasingly becoming a regular element of the repair process, and one which all repairers must embrace with the next 12 months in order to maintain professional safety standards.’ This collaboration follows recent partnerships with AutoMotivate and OurVirtualAcademy.
